Politicized, inaccurate coverage of OSU attack is a perfect example why not to trust the mainstream media

We have waged war on the mainstream media for good reason. They have proven themselves not only to be completely untrustworthy over the years, but also quite dangerous in their reporting on numerous issues. This has never been more apparent than recently, when the mainstream media prematurely reported the Ohio State University terrorist attack as being an act of gun violence. Of course, we all quickly learned that the only gun used in the event was the one fired by the heroic police officer that shot and killed the attacking radical Muslim, but that didn’t stop the left from pushing their agendas.

Jay Syrmopoulos of Blacklisted News reports, “This phenomenon highlights exactly how the ‘fog of war,’ and rush to be the first to report on a story, can result in a story being reported fallaciously. Of course, the narrative sold by the mainstream is that alternative media is unreliable, and thus, corporate media must be relied upon as the standard bearers of ‘truthful and legitimate’ information.”

Conveniently, the mainstream media also managed to completely avoid mentioning the fact that the Abdul Razak Ali Artan, the attacker, was inspired by ISIS and radical Islam in order to carry out his act of terror. Yes, somehow these people managed to take a knife and car assault at the hands of an Islamic terrorist into an assault on the Second Amendment. While this may sound completely irrational — and it certainly is — there is actually a pretty good reason why the Regressive Left did this.

Though we often want to pass these people off as being completely idiotic, they really seem to know what they are doing when it comes to getting the mainstream media to ignore the truth. They constantly manage to distract them from the real story by mentioning something completely unrelated. So while the real story of the OSU situation should have been the fact that an Islamic refugee from Somalia attempted to murder a bunch of innocent people in the name of his twisted religious views, it instead became about whether or not America should enforce gun control.

The fact that the mainstream media are so easily manipulated by the Regressive Left shows all of us that they cannot be taken seriously any longer. During the wake of the “fake news” controversy, it is all too apparent that the alternative media is the legitimate media now. The mainstream has become a joke and it’s time to treat them as such.

Guns save more lives than gun-free zones ever could

Anyone who has analyzed the current political landscape with any considerable amount of logic knows that the Regressive Left’s battle against the Second Amendment is completely unjustified and idiotic. By trying to restrict which firearms American citizens are allowed to own and operate, these authoritarians are trampling all over the United States Constitution. To make matters even more frustrating, they don’t even have a reasonable excuse to try and do so.

Their entire belief system in regards to gun control is based on a number of lies.

Much to the glee of the leftists of the world, the recent terrorist attack at Ohio State University — which just so happened to be thwarted by a good guy with a gun — has kickstarted yet another conversation about how we perceive firearms in America. Despite the fact that the only gun used in the entire ordeal was the one fired by Officer Alan Horujko, which killed attacker Abdul Razak Ali Artan, the left has turned this into an anti-gun discussion. It makes no sense whatsoever, but that’s what leftists do: They create strawmen out of nothing.

If anything, this whole ordeal should prove why we all need to support concealed carry laws, which would allow students on college campuses to be armed and protect themselves in situations like the one at OSU. Unfortunately, many campuses around the country prevent students from engaging in this.

Ronn Blitzer of Law Newz reports, “Ohio state law prohibits anyone from carrying a concealed weapon on a college campus, regardless of whether the school is public or private. Statute 2923.126 says that even someone with a license to carry a concealed weapon cannot do so on ‘[a]ny premises owned or leased by any public or private college, university, or other institution of higher education, unless the handgun is in a locked motor vehicle or the licensee is in the immediate process of placing the handgun in a locked motor vehicle.'”

It is a right of all American citizens to own and carry firearms. More often than not, they keep us safe and sound in the face of those who want to do us harm. In 2016, those numbers seem to be growing every day and there is no justifiable reason to prevent innocent people from protecting themselves. Thankfully, Officer Horujko was on campus in order to prevent anyone from being killed by Artan, but other campuses will not be so lucky.

Many legal ammo manufacturers now deemed “criminals” under new Obama regulations

When it comes to the freedoms of the American people being taken away, one of the most stressing issues today is the federal government’s nonstop assault on the Second Amendment. After all, once the Second Amendment is repealed, there is literally nothing protecting the other freedoms we utilize today.

As violent and conspiracy theory-ish as it may sound, the Second Amendment exists not only to allow us to hunt and protect us from potential armed intruders, but also to give us a fighting chance against a potentially tyrannical government. While members of the Regressive Left will certainly argue that this is completely implausible and crazy — a tyrannical government attempting to oppress their people is the sole reason why our country was founded in the first place.

As the old adage goes, those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. With each passing day, it seems as though we’re getting closer and closer to repeating history.

Now the federal government’s attempt at taking away the gun rights of Americans has reached a new level of insanity as they have begun reworking the definition of “ammunition” in order to declare manufacturers of such tools as criminals.

According to Justin Stakes of Ammoland, “the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) reclassified wetted nitrocellulose [also known as flash paper, flash cotton, guncotton, and flash string] containing greater than 12.6 percent nitrogen as a high explosive under the federal explosives laws.”

This ruling will unfortunately force ammunition manufacturers to either stop selling flash paper or be deemed criminals in a court of law. Losing a considerable amount of money and business or potentially having your business destroyed and sent to prison is a catch 22 if ever there were one. Sadly, this isn’t an uncommon occurrence in liberal-run America. Those attempting to sell or create firearms are put under even more scrutiny than those attempting to purchase them. It goes completely against both the Second Amendment and the concept of capitalism, but thus is life in this wacky era of American history.

This unjust fiasco is just the latest step in the Obama administration’s attempt to rid the country of guns and gun owners. At what point will they eventually come with force? You never know when time is up and the feds come after your firearms. We have to be ready for anything in this insane, unpredictable world. While a life of peace and prosperity is what we all desire — the federal government seems to refuse to allow this.

They want to control us and enslave us — and the most efficient way to do that is by disarming us first. In order to prevent that from happening, it’s of vital importance that we stand up against this tyrannical behavior and loudly profess that we are still free Americans.

Obama and the ATF announce backdoor ammo ban, leaving citizens defenseless

You really have to give it up for the leftists. When it comes to taking away the inherent, constitutional freedoms on the American people, they never seem to give up on their conquest for complete control.

Take, for instance, the Obama administration’s scorched earth campaign to repeal the Second Amendment slowly and methodically. Having previously tried — and failed — to ban semi-automatic rifles outright, the leftists have since attempted to place absurd regulations on ammunition. This way, guns will remain justly easily accessible, but the ammunition that makes guns function will be difficult to obtain. It’s a ridiculous loophole that shows just how far these fascists will go to infringe on the rights of American citizens.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives — or as it is commonly referred to, the ATF — has made it their duty to help the Obama administration in their anti-Second Amendment endeavors. When you have so many federal government organizations teaming up together in order to pass regulations, it makes fighting this behavior extremely difficult and demoralizing.

The brainwashed sheeple that believe Obama and the leftists that currently control the federal government can do no wrong will argue that the president isn’t coming directly after our guns — and that’s precisely the point. These people are not coming directly after our guns in this instance. They’re trying to slip in regulation after regulation until we’re no longer allowed to possess any sort of firearm.

Considering the state of the world as we know it, it’s incredibly frightening and dangerous that the federal government not only isn’t doing their part to keep us safe from potential dangers, but they’re even going out of their way to make sure that we cannot protect ourselves.

Between radical Islamic extremism and violent criminal behavior, life-threatening situations are a dime a dozen in 2016 America. In many instances, firearms are the only thing that is guaranteed to keep a person safe from these dangers. By fighting our human right to protect ourselves, the Obama administration and the ATF have betrayed the American people completely.

When it comes time to vote this fall, we must make our voices heard by refusing to support the freedom-hating, gun-fearing lunatics on the left. While many of the issues seem important in the short term, the defense and protection of the Second Amendment is absolutely necessary in order to keep our country safe and prosperous.

We cannot forget that.

OUTRAGE: Medical marijuana cardholders barred from gun purchases

Usually when the federal government attempts to take away the freedoms of the American public, they do so one at a time, as to not draw too much attention to the fact that they are infringing on our rights as both human beings and as American citizens.

Every once in a while, though, they go full fascist, attempting to suppress multiple freedoms at once.

Thus is the case for the justices for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, who recently ruled that medical marijuana patients are not allowed to purchase firearms due to the fact that marijuana remains a Schedule I substance under federal law thanks to the corrupt DEA.

Just when it seemed as though the federal government had reached peak insanity in regards to their regulations, both cannabis and the Second Amendment are under attack at the same time, in the same court case.

In a discussion following the ruling, NORML Deputy Director Paul Armentano stated, “There is no credible justification for a ‘marijuana exception’ to the US Constitution. Responsible adults who use cannabis in a manner that is compliant with the laws of their states ought to receive the same legal rights and protections as do other citizens.” It’s difficult to disagree with him.

It’s absolute madness that cannabis users — especially those who are using medical marijuana for health purposes — are not allowed to purchase firearms. This is a complete infringement of the Second Amendment that continues to treat gun owners like second-class citizens.

This absurd ruling serves as yet another example of the federal government attempting to completely enslave the American public. They know that there’s nothing even remotely harmful about marijuana. The fact that the plant has been considered as a legitimate medical cure by thousands of reputable sources proves this. Those who are fighting to keep it illegal are simply trying to accumulate more money for themselves.

It’s time that we elect politicians that are educated on the numerous health benefits of cannabis, while simultaneously getting rid of the closed-minded, Pharma-controlled sheep that fight to keep it criminalized. We’re onto their game and the easiest way to send a message is with our votes.

Know your stats: as gun ownership rises, murder rates drop in America

If you pay attention to the mainstream media’s coverage of firearms — and actually believe their biased lies — then you are probably under the impression that every single murder in America is caused with a gun, by a gun and under the influence of a gun. In their eyes, every problem in America, pretty much, is a result of guns and gun owners.

Unfortunately for them, the cold, hard facts prove that their absurd beliefs are completely wrong, as if it wasn’t already obvious enough. The facts show that America is actually safer than ever because of an increase in firearm sales.

Based on evidence brought forth by a number of studies and statistics, as more guns are being purchased in America, the fewer murders there seem to be. While more and more people have been purchasing firearms since the early 1900s — with the amount sold being on a steady increase — the murder rate has dropped significantly since the early 1990s. There’s only one assumption you can come to after analyzing this information: more guns equals less murder.

To make the case even stronger, the statistics are difficult to dispute. As reported by Dean Weingarten of Ammoland, “The murder rate may be one of the most reliable numbers in the UCR, because murders are more likely to be reported than any other crime. There is a body, and usually an investigation.”

So what does this mean? Basically that the mainstream media’s demonization of firearms — particularly the wildly popular “assault rifles” like the AR-15 — is completely unjustified. And considering those pushing these incorrect beliefs are federal government shills, there’s no doubt that they actually know the truth.

There are clear financial and political reasons for everyone who is knowingly spreading this misinformation to be doing so. It’s absolutely disgusting and should be treated as anti-American, anti-freedom propaganda, but it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. After all, the mainstream media and the corrupt federal government have been doing this for years.

It’s important that if you’re trying to live a life of enlightenment and knowledge that you don’t believe the narrative — but instead believe the facts.

Hillary Clinton Lies About Her Plan to Destroy the Second Amendment

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told her followers in Cleveland on Wednesday if elected she will not repeal the Second Amendment.

“I am, not at all, advocating any program that would in any way take people’s guns away,” Clinton said.

In fact, she is.

While it is true Clinton has not, as Donald Trump claims, advocated repealing the Second Amendment, she is in favor of several measures that would severely limit the access of firearms and make it financially unfeasible for millions of Americans to practice their right under the Second Amendment.

Clinton has supported a 25% sales tax on handguns, a move that would have increased the price of a handgun by a hundred dollars or more. Clinton avoided answering a question on the proposed gun tax in June when she was interviewed by George Stephanopoulos of ABC News.

She endorsed a national sales tax during testimony before the Senate Finance Committee on Sept. 30, 1993.

“I’m not going to commit to any specific proposal,” Clinton told Stephanopoulos after the clip was played. “I was speaking personally then. I would have to, you know, consider any proposal in light of how it interacted with all the others that we want to continue to advocate for, particularly, as I said, comprehensive background checks.”

Bill Clinton was in office less than a month when his President’s Task Force on National Health Care Reform suggested a tax not only on firearms, but also insurance premiums, corporate health benefits, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.

In November 1993, Hillary Clinton supported an even more draconian taxation scheme on ammunition proposed by Democrat Sen. Daniel P. Moynihan. The measure would have imposed a tax between 10% and 50% on center-fire handgun ammunition. Clinton told Moynihan the proposal deserved “serious consideration.”

Clinton’s proposed new background check scheme would also increase the cost of firearms. Background checks on the private sale and transfer of firearms in New York City, Washington and New Jersey have imposed fees of between $60 and $125 and Clinton’s proposal would likely do likewise.

Additional measures would raise the cost of purchasing a firearm even more. Clinton has pushed the idea holding firearms manufacturers liable for guns which end up being used in crimes. This would obviously raise the price of firearms and also drive some gun manufacturers out of business.

Clinton lied about the proposal during a forum in Iowa last October. She declared that gun manufacturers are “the only business in America that is wholly protected from any kind of liability. They can sell a gun to someone they know they shouldn’t, and they won’t be sued. There will be no consequences.”

In fact, the firearms industry is susceptible to lawsuits under certain circumstances. Moreover, Congress has passed several laws that protect a variety of industries from lawsuits.

“After adding up all these fees, taxes, and liabilities, few Americans are going to be able to afford guns. That is especially true for the people who need guns the most for protection—poor blacks who live in high crime urban areas. It wouldn’t be surprising if some otherwise law-abiding citizens resort to buying guns illegally,” notes Fox News.

“With her recent ABC interview, Clinton has now publicly contemplated prohibitive taxes on firearms and ammunition over a span of nearly a quarter-century. Clinton’s consideration of imposing severe taxes on the exercise of our rights is just one reason among many that gun owners and other supporters of individual liberty must actively join the fight to protect the Second Amendment,” the NRA opined after the Stephanopoulos interview.

Hillary Clinton is involved in a slight of hand in regard to the Second Amendment. She may not, for now, call for an outright repeal of the Second Amendment, however, if elected, she will have the opportunity to appoint a number of Supreme Court justices. A Clinton dominated Supreme Court will undoubtedly move to overturn the District of Columbia v. Heller decision reaffirming the Second Amendment and the right of citizens to possess firearms.

Junk food-damaged Michael Moore calls for Ivanka Trump to convince her dad to step down

Filmmaker Michael Moore has told Ivanka Trump her father needs to end his presidential campaign.

The Oscar-winning director made news in December when he stood outside the Trump Tower in New York with a placard proclaiming “We are all Muslim.” Moore also penned an open letter at the time.

“Fortunately, Donald, you and your supporters no longer look like what America actually is today,” Moore wrote. “We are not a country of angry white guys. Here’s a statistic that is going to make your hair spin: Eighty-one percent of the electorate who will pick the president next year are either female, people of color, or young people between the ages of 18 and 35. In other words, not you. And not the people who want you leading their country.”

In yet another open letter posted on August 10 on the liberal Alternet website, Moore tells Trump’s daughter she must convince him to shut down his campaign.

“I’m writing to you because your dad is not well,” Moore begins. “Every day he continues his spiral downward—and after his call for gun owners to commit acts of violence against Mrs. Clinton, it is clear he needs help, serious help. His comments and behavior have become more and more bizarre and detached from reality. He is in need of an intervention. And I believe only you can conduct it.”

Trump’s supposed call for gun owners to murder Clinton is a classic case of the establishment media taking comments out of context for the sake of political gain. After the Clinton campaign distorted the statement and the Secret Service talked with Trump about the remark in support of the Second Amendment, Donald Trump posted a tweet and his campaign issued a formal statement.

“It’s called the power of unification—2nd Amendment people have amazing spirit and are tremendously unified, which gives them great political power,” Jason Miller, a Trump aide, said in the statement.

“And this year, they will be voting in record numbers, and it won’t be for Hillary Clinton, it will be for Donald Trump.”

It should come as no surprise Moore would disingenuously attack Trump on the Second Amendment. He established himself as a leader of the anti-Second Amendment movement when he released his 2002 film Bowling for Columbine. In the film, he verbally attacked the late actor and president of the National Rifle Association, Charlton Heston.

In the open letter Moore provides Ivanka with a script she can recite to convince her father to step aside and seek psychiatric help. It is peppered with the sarcastic remarks Moore is known for.

“Ivanka, I have faith in you that you can do this,” Moore concludes. “I know I’ve called your dad crazy before, but I was speaking politically, not clinically. This has gone beyond crazy. The entire nation—in fact, the entire world—needs you to step forward and do the courageous thing history will praise you for: the loving act of a brilliant daughter who also loved her beleaguered country enough to say her father wasn’t well and needed help.”

Moore has not posted an open letter to Hillary Clinton despite her documented health issues and anger management problem, the latter demonstrated when she testified before Congress on Benghazi.

In 2008 Moore told Larry King he was “morally prohibited from voting for Hillary in the primaries because of her war votes, I mean that not as a personal attack against her, but I simply can’t side with somebody who participated, whether willingly or unknowingly, as she claims, in something that has been so evil.”

Despite this aversion to Clinton, in January Moore admitted a “forbidden love” for the former secretary of state. After fawning over Bernie Sanders, Moore told Chris Hayes of MSNBC although “I have obviously many disagreements with Hillary about her vote on the war and her relationship with Wall Street, whatever,” he has “always really liked her, and not just in a—in a forbidden way.”

Moore further admitted his admiration for the Clintons. “Obviously, my politics line up very closely with Bernie’s. But we have a historic moment where we could elect the first woman president of the United States. And you know, I got invited to the White House by the Clintons back in the day. And they were really nice to me. And I got to eat whatever I wanted to eat. It was all very friendly… We were going through the reception line. And Bill goes ‘I’m your number one fan.’ She grabbed his hand and goes ‘No, I’m your number one fan.’ They’re great.”

Moore expressed his admiration years after Bill Clinton demonstrated his capacity as a warmonger, illegally bombing Yugoslavia, a medical facility in Sudan, and launching cruise missiles into Baghdad, killing a number of civilians, including the renowned artist Layla al-Attar. Moore has not spoken a word about Bill Clinton’s murderous sanctions that ultimately killed 500,000 Iraqi children.

Michael Moore is a throughly modern Democrat. He champions social issues, attacks the cornerstone of the Constitution, and downplays the war crimes of the Clintons and Obama.

Moore may consider Donald Trump insane. However, the billionaire presidential candidate had nothing to do with killing 30,000 Libyans, the US policy in Syria responsible for the murder of 500,000 Syrians, and orchestrating a coup in Honduras.

An intervention is required in the case of Hillary Clinton.

Hopefully, the American people will do it in November.

DHS fascist claiming ‘gun control is now national security’… because THEY failed to do their jobs

The government blaming others for their mistakes is nothing new. It’s been happening for a LONG time now.

As a result, it’s not all that surprising that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is now claiming that gun control is a “national security issue” — all because their incompetent organization failed at doing their jobs. Once again, the kings of buck-passing hurl the blame elsewhere as soon as people begin to acknowledge their mistakes.

Since it’s been well-reported that Omar Mateen had been investigated by the FBI on multiple occasions, and had recently been reported to the authorities by a Florida gun store owner, a lot of the blame for the Orlando nightclub massacre deserves to be placed on those who are sworn to protect us. They didn’t protect the American people — and guns had nothing to do with why they failed.

Though the NRA will continue to receive the brunt of the blame, the reason for the Department of Homeland Security’s existence is to prevent terrorist attacks from taking place. They didn’t. They ignored all of the warning signs that the tragic shooting in Orlando was about to happen and remained silent. While evidence points to investigations into Mateen and his mosque being halted for fear of appearing “Islamophobic,” the reasoning isn’t what’s important here.

What’s important is that DHS and other organizations knew something was suspicious and consciously chose not to pursue their investigations further. That is unacceptable. In an age when terrorist attacks fueled by radical Islam are becoming more and more frequent, it’s imperative that all precautions are taken to potentially prevent these horrible events from taking place.

Instead, the Regressive Left continues to pass the buck to law-abiding gun owners who are simply trying to do what the Department of Homeland Security clearly cannot: protect themselves.

Liberal crybaby of the New York Daily News actually claimed shooting an AR-15 gave him ‘temporary PTSD’

In the wake of the Orlando nightclub shooting, liberal journalists from all over the country set out to prove how easy it is to purchase guns as well as how dangerous they are.

Almost every single one of them completely missed the point that Second Amendment advocates have been trying to make in regards to individuals rights and personal freedoms, but we’ve reached a point with regressive leftism that it’ll be almost impossible to change their minds, or even get them to consider other possibilities.

Of all the silly articles written about firearms in recent weeks, Gersh Kuntzman’s New York Daily News article “What is it like to fire an AR-15? It’s horrifying, menacing and very very loud” is certainly the most well-publicized, and justifiably so. After all, it’s one of the most pitiful things published in a major news outlet in quite some time — and that’s saying a lot.

In the article, Kuntzman discusses his experience firing an AR-15 at a shooting range. He writes, “The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you don’t know what you’re doing. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions — loud like a bomb — gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable.”

Considering the fact that there are numerous videos of seven-year-old girls firing excitedly firing AR-15s and other semi-automatic firearms, it’s especially hilarious that Kuntzman had such a wimpy reaction. There are literally little girls who are more courageous than this grown man. I’m not sure if that’s more funny or pathetic. Part of why the Ar-15 is such a popular choice is because it is known to have minimal recoil. This is also what makes it so easy for children to practice their skills with.

As a whole, the article serves as a borderline satire piece about the crybaby nature of liberals. People like Kuntzman are complete wimps; beta males who know that their only way to not look weak is to make being weak the norm.

No thanks, Kuntzman. I think I’ll pass.
